In preparation for the By-Election this fall, we are looking to fill our vacant positions on the UWSA Board of Directors! We have a few open positions that were not filled during our UWSA General Election. Students who are interested in running for these positions can be appointed until the UWSA By-Election in the fall.

Appointments will be accepted until May 25, 2017.

Spring/Summer Term Health Plan Opt-Change/Opt-Outs

If you are starting as a full-time student this Spring or Summer Term, you will automatically be enrolled in the UWSA Health Plan. You have the opportunity to add dependants or opt-out if you are already enrolled in another health insurance program.

Opt-outs and opt-changes are open May 1, 2017 and close May 12, 2017.

Opt-outs are done exclusively online here starting May 1. To add a dependant, complete an Opt-Change form on the health plan page here and submit it to the UWSA Health Plan Office.

If you were a full-time student in the Fall or Winter term, your UWSA Health Plan runs until August 31, 2017. Visit the health plan page to learn more about your coverage and how to make a claim here.

Your Winter Term U-Pass

April 11th, 2017

Your 2017 Winter term U-Pass will end on April 30, 2017. 

You can continue to use your U-Pass Peggo card to access transit services by adding e-cash, a monthly post-secondary pass or a discounted 28 day pass for the spring/summer months.

If you will be a full-time student in the 2017 Fall Term, your U-Pass will be automatically loaded onto the same Peggo card.
