Free Flow
Free menstrual products because we don’t have a choice to bleed.
Free Flow is an initiative begun by UWSA President 23-24 Tomiris Kaliyeva, UWSA Vice-President Student Affairs 23-24 Christine Quiah, and UWSA Vice-President External Affairs 23-24 Jonathan Henderson to provide menstrual product dispensers on campus. Free Flow is a collaboration between the UWSA, UofW Facilities, and UW Women and Gender Studies collaborate to provide accessible emergency-use menstrual products on campus. This initiative is a growing project.

Do you need more Menstrual products?
The UWSA Foodbank gives away free Menstrual product packs to help UWinnipeg students.
You will receive an email 2-5 business days after filling out the application. Please note that we have a limited supply of products.
