English Literature Students’ Association (ELSA)

ELSA aims to represent and advocate for students in The University of Winnipeg’s English department. It also strives to enrich students’ experiences at The University of Winnipeg by organizing social and academic events, hosting regular meetings, providing essential resources and information on the department, and building community among students.

Membership: Anyone can join. We encourage all University of Winnipeg students taking an English course or who have a passion for literature to join and attend our meetings.

Meetings: These are held weekly on campus in the English common room. Students also have the option to participate in these in-person meetings through Zoom if required. Please email us or join our discord for more information!
