What to do if your U-Pass doesn’t scan
- If your peggo card doesn’t scan.
You can try a second time on the box and hold it there for a longer time. Sometimes the card may take a second or two to scan properly. - The card might be defective.
If your card doesn’t work, bring it back to info booth for it to be replaced. - When is the U-Pass valid?
U-pass is not available during the summer or if you’re not registered for classes that term. When you register for your classes that term your U-Pass will automatically start.
Info Booth hours: Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
