It’s Day 2 of voting for the UWSA General Election!
Today, students can vote in the Riddell Atrium, The Hive (Lockhart Hall), Merchants Corner and in the Buhler Atrium!

The UWSA General Office will be closed today due to extreme weather conditions.
The UWSA Day Care will close today at noon due to a power outage.
We will be updating the status of the daycare as information is made available.
Voting for the UWSA General Election starts today. Students can vote in The Hive, the Riddell Atrium and the Butler Atrium. Our mobile station in Richardson College is closed due to a power outage. For more information about the General Election, click here.

Come out to the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Federation of Students – MB!
Help set the mandate of the organization for the 2018-2019 year. We will also be electing our board for the 2018-19 year.
If traveling from Brandon please be advised travel will be arranged through the provincial office and you will be contacted with travel details.

The Reclaiming Our Bodies & Minds Conference is a three-day conference held on Friday, March 1 till Sunday, March 3, 2018. The conference will be held at the Ryerson Student Campus Centre in Toronto, Ontario.
If you’d like to participate in the conference but need help covering travel and accommodation costs, you can apply for a grant from Canadian Federation of Students by Friday, February 9 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
Please email funding@cfs-fcee.ca with your name, member local students’ union, phone number, and a paragraph on why you want to attend the conference and what you hope to gain from the experience.
The subject line should include “Funding Request: ROBAM”. Make sure to include the amount of funding you’re requesting, up to a maximum of $1000. Applications will be reviewed by the Students with Disabilities Representative on the National Executive.
