Volunteer for Roll Call

Volunteer at the UWSA’s biggest event of the year, Roll Call! Roll Call is the UWSA’s back to school event that helps engage students with the campus and community organizations. This year Roll Call will be taking place on September 4 and 5 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Responsibilities/Duties

Provide excellent customer service to students and individuals attending events and serve as an Ambassador of the UWSA.

Setting up, tearing down, room or space setup and configuration, lifting and moving large items.

Assist in directions.

Assisting patrons if they have any questions.

Mandatory Orientation: all volunteers MUST attend this orientation. Tuesday, August 27 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. \

Shift times: must be able to stay the whole time

Tuesday, September 3 from 3 – 6 p.m.

Wednesday, September 4 from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 4 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, September 5 from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Thursday, September 5 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, September 5 from 3 – 6:30 p.m.
