Important Booking Notes

Official Student Name: Please register using your exact legal first and last name as shown on official university records.

Online Sitting Fee: The $30.00 session fee (total $33.60 including taxes) is payable online when scheduling your session at edgeimaging.ca/uwinnipeg
Session Details & Location

On-Campus Location: UWSA Bulman Hall, located on the Basement Level of Riddell Hall (Room OR05).

Timing: Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete check-in.
Viewing Your Proofs
Edge Imaging will send you your online proof a week or 2 weeks after your photos are taken. And the physical mail roughly 2–3 weeks following your photo session.
Preparing for Your Session

Appointment Policy: To ensure a smooth flow, only the graduating student is allowed inside the photo studio area. Family members and friends will not be permitted inside.

Bonus Headshots: In addition to your classic graduation portraits, graduates are welcome to take 1 to 3 casual or professional headshots during their session!

Provided Regalia: Edge Imaging supplies the full official graduation wardrobe, including the official University of Winnipeg gown, cap, tassel, and faculty hood.

Props: Feel free to bring personal props (such as a favorite book, sports equipment, musical instrument, or meaningful item) to personalize your photos.

Attire Recommendations:

Option 1: A collared dress shirt (any color) paired with a pre-tied necktie or clip-on tie.

Option 2: A V-neck or scoop-neck top that fits neatly under the gown’s neckline.

If you plan to take casual or professional headshots, please arrive already dressed in your chosen outfit so you can easily step into your gown for your grad portraits.
