Manitoba Environmental Industries Association (MEIA) Student Chapter

The Student Chapter is the student branch of the Manitoba Environmental Industries Association (MEIA). The MEIA Student Chapter strives to put on events and create opportunities that bring students and industry professionals together to promote networking, mentorship, and professional development. The Student Chapter is also an avenue for university and college students to learn about the industry, discover job opportunities, shape their career paths, develop their knowledge of sustainability, and gain insights into the job pool. Everyone is welcome to join! Anyone from any faculty, degree stream, study program, field of interest, etc…can learn more about future potential careers or just have a space to meet new people and make some friends!

Membership: Student Membership year is valid September 1st through August 31st. Recent graduates are eligible for Student Chapter membership for up to 2 years after graduation or until they have found full-time employment in the energy, natural resource, or environmental sectors, whichever comes first.
