Grocery Hamper Application Form

UPDATE: Grocery Hamper has closed! Please check back in the future when we reopen applications.

UWSA Grocery Hamper Program is an initiative by UWSA Foodbank to help UWinnipeg students in need while the Foodbank is closed.  Each hamper contains mainly non-perishables. In addition, personal hygiene products can be included upon your request.

Applications for the hampers close when supplies run out. You will receive an email detailing when and how to pick up your hamper.

Please note that we have limited packages available, so we request students with an urgent need to apply. Packages will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis.
