Free Flow

Free menstrual products because we don’t have a choice to bleed.

Free Flow is an initiative begun by UWSA Executives 2023-2024 to provide menstrual product dispensers on campus. Free Flow is a collaboration between the UWSA, UofW Facilities, and UW Women and Gender Studies collaborate to provide accessible emergency-use menstrual products on campus. This initiative is a growing project.

“Accessible menstrual products are a matter of menstrual health and our rights. This initiative is a stepping stone for our community. As students and community members who are susceptible to the rising cost of living, we took this step to make your financial burdens a little less stressful.”

Do you need more Menstrual products?

The UWSA Foodbank gives away free Menstrual product packs to help UWinnipeg students.

You will receive an email with pick-up information. Please note that we have a limited supply of products.
