• Winter Intake Period: December 1, 2025 – January 14, 2026

All Student Groups will need to apply to be registered with the UWSA.

• I was registered last year do I still need to apply?
  • Yes. All student groups regardless of your status last year must reapply/renew.
• I’m a new student group. Do I need to apply to start my group?
  • Yes and No. You may function as a student group without registering, BUT without applying you will not receive the benefits of one. Such as but not limited to: getting free/discounted space rentals with the University of Winnipeg, and tabling opportunities.
