The UWSA wants to support activities and events that interest UWinnipeg students. The UWSA Events Department offers event space bookings to registered student groups, local community, UofW Campus groups, and other organizations to hold events and meetings. Groups can fill out the form below to hold meetings and events hosting up to 200 participants. You will get a reply with your booking in around five business days.

Please note our busiest times of the year are August – October and January – February, and expect a long reply.

Every Friday, the Foodbank operates from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Please keep this in mind when booking for Fridays. You may inquire if we can move the Foodbank, but this is not guaranteed.

Please note we do not allow liquor services in UWSA Spaces unless catered by Diversity Food Services.
