Autumn Convocation 2021
WINNIPEG, MB – The University of Winnipeg’s 119th Convocation ceremonies will be webcast live Friday, October 15.
The proceedings can be viewed online via live webcast or on our YouTube Channel.
Join us on Friday, October 15 at 9:30 AM, as degrees are conferred in Graduate Programs, Science, Education, Arts, Business and Economics, and Kinesiology.
This week, UWinnipeg will recognize Past President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Annette Trimbee with a portrait unveiling, as well as recognizing the following award recipients:
- Robin H. Farquhar Award for Excellence in Contributing to Self-Governance, Christine Payne;
- Clarence Atchison Award for Excellence in Community Service, Dr. Richard Westwood; and
- Valedictorian Ciarro O’Reggio (Bachelor of Arts, Honours)
These individuals embody UWinnipeg’s culture of inclusivity, outstanding academic scholarship, research excellence, and community engagement.
