Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy Student Association (KATSA)
The Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy Student Association is a University of Winnipeg group made of and for students studying kinesiology or athletic therapy. The student association aims to plans social events for students to get to know each other, fundraise for yearly scholarship(s), and plan and fundraise for graduation. Meetings occur monthly to discuss and plan events to which all members are welcome!
Membership: Any student studying kinesiology or athletic therapy can be a member. New members are welcome to join! Those looking to apply to KATSA can send an email or direct message to the instagram account. Executive positions are typically filled by existing members but those wanting to be a part of the student association can be a Member at Large. A Member at Large can be as involved as they would like by sharing their ideas, questions, and concerns with the group, attending social activities, and volunteering at fundraising events when possible.
