UWSA Annual General Meeting

Every year, we hold an annual general meeting close to the end of the Winter Term to connect with students and present on the year.
Refreshments will be available.
The AGM is a chance for the UWSA to:
- Report on the year’s accomplishments
- Propose updates to the bylaws & policies
- Present the budget for the upcoming year
- Hear proposals from the membership
Submitting Motions
Motions must be submitted to the Chair of the Board at chair@theuwsa.ca or dropped off to the UWSA General Office 10 days prior to an annual general meeting.
