Details: Cheryl Parisien will be presenting “The Unweaving,” a historical novel exploring one Métis family’s fight against colonialism while Dr. Shukra presents “Indigenous Insights for Planetary Health and Sustainable Food Systems” which aims to improve the understanding and outcomes of planetary health and sustainable food systems through cross-cultural sharing of Indigenous-focused research and experiences. After the chat, both authors will be signing their respective books. Everyone is welcome!
