January 18: UWSA Health Plan Opt-Out/Opt-Change Deadline

The Winter Opt-Out/Opt-Change is almost over!

Full-time Students who started this semester and are Canadian Residents can Opt-Out of the Health Plan IF they can provide proof of alternative coverage. This coverage is mandatory for International students as per University policy. Click here to Opt-Out: Green Shield Opt-Out 

Students who started in January can also Opt-Change to add their family/partners to the plan before January 18! Click here to download the Opt-Change Form: Opt-Change Form
Fill up this form and drop it at the Health Plan Drop Box near the entrance of the Ridell Hall Cafeteria to Opt-Change.
