Youth Parliament of Manitoba (YPM)

The Youth Parliament of Manitoba (YPM) is the longest consecutively running youth parliament in Canada. Every year, YPM holds a model parliamentary session at the Manitoba Legislative Building between December 26-31. Youths are invited to join and participate in the political process while engaging in debates that tackle prominent societal issues.

Membership: Any youth between the ages of 16 and 20 may attend our winter session. After attending the Session, members may apply for our cabinet, a year-round professional development program.
