The MCEC is Manitoba’s section of the Council for Exceptional Children, which is a professional association of educators dedicated to advancing the success of children and youth with exceptionalities. The Council for Exceptional Children is full of resources for every type of teaching and advocacy situation imaginable. We’re here to create connections through free PD meetings to build portfolios and support student teachers.
