Student Group Funding
Student Group funding is only available for Recognized Student Groups applying for the 2025-26 academic school year.
DEADLINE TO APPLY:
- Fall and Fall/Winter Term: September 12
- NEW Student Groups in Winter Term: January 8, 2026
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The UWSA has a limited amount of funding available for student groups.
- Registered Student Groups from the Fall 2025 intake period CAN apply for funding IF they did not previously apply for funding.
The UWSA can reimburse expense up to your approved amount:
- Any programming/event costs – food, services, supplies, printing, rentals.
- The UWSA will NOT reimburse expenses for alcohol, conferences, travel, honorariums, or personal purchases.
