UofW Salsa-Rueda Club (UWSR)

Salsa-Rueda is a dance form originating in Cuba characterized by dancing in a circle! Whether you’re a dance enthusiast or just looking for a fun way to meet new people, our club is the perfect place to learn and have fun. No dance experience is needed – we’re all about having a blast and learning together. Join us for energetic sessions led by friendly instructors who will break down the steps and make sure everyone feels comfortable on the dance floor. Membership: Anyone is welcome to join the club! To become a member, you must pay $5 to the club. The membership fee is applicable for the year, and you can come and join whenever you’re free to dance. Meetings will be held weekly in spaces TBD; watch out on our social media to stay up to date on times and locations!
