Request A Virtual Event Space

With the majority of classes being offered virtually and limited campus access in Fall 2020, UWSA Events is temporarily suspending event space bookings at The Hive, Bulman Student Centre, and UWSA Boardroom.

The UWSA wants to support activities and events that interest UWinnipeg students. The UWSA Events Department is offering Free Zoom Room Bookings to registered student groups to hold virtual events and meetings. Student groups can fill the form below to hold Zoom meetings and webinars that can host up to 100 participants, are longer than 40-mins, and have closed captioning.

Before proposing an event, please review UWSA Policy Manual and our UWSA Positive Space Event Policy.

Please fill out the form below to request Zoom access for meetings and webinars. The Zoom Room Host will receive the Zoom Room Link and passcode information in an email 1-3 days after form submission, pending approval.
