DESCRIPTION:The form is currently closed and will open during the intake periods. \n\nFall Intake Period: August 8 – September 12\, 2025\nWinter Intake Period: December 1\, 2025 – January 14\, 2026\n\nAll Student Groups will need to apply to be registered with the UWSA. \nFAQs: \n\nI was registered last year do I still need to apply?\n\nYes. All student groups regardless of your status last year must reapply/renew.\n\n\nI’m a new student group. Do I need to apply to start my group?\n\nYes and No. You may function as a student group without registering\, BUT without applying you will not receive the benefits of one. Such as but not limited to: getting free/discounted space rentals with the University of Winnipeg\, and tabling opportunities.\n\n\n\nForm to apply:
