Please email t.hanan@theuwsa.ca by 4.30 PM on the day of the meeting for the Zoom link using your UWinnipeg webmail address and your Student ID Number. \nJoin us for the 2022 Annual General Meeting on March 16 at 12.30 PM. The AGM is a chance for UWSA members to receive an update on the budget and operations and propose motions. \nAll students have voting and speaking rights! \nEvery year\, we hold an annual general meeting close to the end of the Winter Term to connect with students and present on the year. This year\, the AGM will be held virtually over Zoom due to the pandemic and UWSA’s State of Emergency Protocol. \nGet familiar with how the Rules of Order works: UWSA Rules of Order \nThe AGM is a chance for the UWSA to: \n\nReport on the year’s accomplishments\nPropose updates to the bylaws & policies\nPresent the budget for the upcoming year\nHear proposals from the membership\nMeet the incoming 2021-22 Executives and Directors\n\nSubmitting Motions\nAll UWSA members can submit a motion to the Chair of the Board at chair@theuwsa.ca before Monday\, March 7\, 2022.
