B) Do not intervene, but pull the student aside after the meeting and privately speak to the student about their comments

9) The University of Winnipeg recently adopted a Sexual Misconduct Protocol (SMP). The SMP deals with sexual harassment, stalking, sexual assault, and the threat of sexual assault. The SMP creates a survivor-centred approach to address cases of sexual misconduct and empowers the University to intervene in potentially dangerous situations. There are options of reporting anonymously or filing a formal report within the institution with the Winnipeg Police Service. There is a 24/7 Sexual Misconduct Response Team (SMRT) that can be reached by calling 204-230-6660 or Campus Security can be reached at 204-786-6666. If you or someone you know has experienced or is experiencing a form of sexual misconduct what can you do?*
